I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were just perfect for us, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. They were large, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. However, the decor seemed a bit outdated. The service was exceptional, and I truly felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of many restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore LA. The dining experience was a bit inconvenient, with pricey options. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room we got was fairly large with a king bed, chair/ottoman, desk, and console with a TV, microwave, and refrigerator, which we were very pleased with. However, the location was a downside as our room was right beside the noisy elevator. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with extremely helpful individuals alongside a terrible encounter with the manager, Robert. The location of the property was amazing, recommended for both work and family travel, being conveniently close to downtown Burbank and WB Studios. The dining was a hit and miss with some dishes lacking, but the in-house cafe made food easily accessible. The facilities were decent, but some upgrading would enhance the experience.
